Refund policy

This policy describes how Logicservicegrid handles refunds for paid consultation packs arranged off-site. The website itself does not take payments.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid Pathway Briefing, Clause Check, and Rights Mentorship packs confirmed by written invoice. Free website content is not refundable because no fee is charged.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment if no live session has started and no custom annotation work has been delivered. After the first live session begins, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: unused packs cancelled within 14 days, or sessions we cancel permanently without offering a reasonable reschedule.
Partial refund: if you withdraw after Session 1 of a multi-session pack, we retain 40% of the pack fee for preparation and materials already provided, and refund the remainder.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one Clause Check reviews, custom host templates already delivered, and third-party venue fees (if any) billed at cost are non-refundable once supplied.

Refund process

Email hello@logicservicegrid.digital with your invoice number, pack name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.

Cancellation by either party

You may reschedule a live session once with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Later cancellations may count as a delivered session for refund calculations. If we must cancel, we offer a new date or a refund for the unused portion.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. Where a statutory right to withdraw applies to distance contracts for services, we will honour that right; if you expressly request services to begin during a withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already performed.
